Refunds and
cancellation.
The short version. Cancel a project before work starts and your first payment comes back in full. Cancel a monthly service any time and it stops at the end of the month you paid for. A double charge or payment mistake is always refunded.
Project payments
A project is paid the way your quote sets out: one payment in full, or the standard two payments, half before the start and half at launch and handover.
If you cancel before work on your project has started, we refund your first payment in full.
Once work has started, payments cover work that has already been done and are not refunded.
Monthly services
Care, SEO growth and SEO + GEO are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel any time. The service stops at the end of the month you have already paid for, and that month is not refunded in part.
Payment mistakes
If you are charged twice, or charged an amount that does not match your quote or invoice, we refund the difference in full. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
How to cancel or ask for a refund
Email support@jp-studio.com with your name or company and what you would like to cancel or have refunded. We reply by email.
If you buy as a consumer, the rights consumer law gives you apply on top of this policy.
