SaaS development means building a software product that customers subscribe to monthly or annually, with accounts, payments and administration included. JP Studio designs and builds it in one team: we design the interface, write the production code and keep it running. There is no handover to an external developer.
We run two SaaS products of our own
That is the difference between an agency that builds SaaS and one that talks about it.
Most agencies offering SaaS have never had to collect a subscription payment, handle a failed payment or take a call from a customer who can no longer log in. We have, with our own products. That changes the questions we ask at the start. We write about what we learn along the way in our blog.

You can find indicative prices on our Packages page, but the same description can mean very different work depending on what already exists and what needs to keep running afterwards. You receive a fixed quote before work starts, so the agreed amount is the amount you pay.

An existing brand identity, copy and a clear scope make a project less expensive. Starting from scratch means design work comes before development.

How much does SaaS development cost?
Every project gets its own quote; indicative prices are on our Packages page. The main cost factor is scope: what already exists, whether accounts, payments and administration are needed, how many languages it runs in and whether we keep it running after delivery. You receive a fixed quote before work starts.
How long does it take to launch a SaaS product?
An MVP that customers can use usually takes months rather than weeks. The timeline often depends on unresolved decisions: how pricing works, who can see what and what happens when a payment fails.
Can I work with the code myself later?
Yes. You receive the repository, the infrastructure runs in your own Vercel, Supabase and Stripe accounts, and the code is written for others to read. We do not build in dependencies that force you to keep paying us.
Do you handle design as well as development?
Both, within the same team. That is what distinguishes a design engineering studio from an agency that passes designs to an external developer. There is no translation layer between the design and the live product.
Which technologies do you use?
React and Next.js on Vercel, with Supabase for the database and sign-in, and Stripe for payments. Our own SaaS runs on Next.js 16 with Supabase and Stripe, so we use these technologies ourselves every day.
