Website for cleaning companies: cost, service areas and trust

A website for a cleaning company costs EUR 900 to 3.500 with us: EUR 900 to 1.500 for a small operator covering one town, and EUR 1.500 to 3.500 once you serve several areas and want a quote request that tells you what the job is before you call back. Neither number buys a design award, and that is the point. What wins the enquiry is proof that you are insured, real, local and easy to reach.

Cleaning is bought under an awkward condition: the buyer is deciding whether to let someone they have never met into their home or office, perhaps with nobody there. A striking layout does not answer that question. Named people, stated insurance, photographs of your own team and your own work, and a phone number in the corner of every page do.

What credibility looks like on the page

Six things carry it, and none is expensive to build once you decide to say them out loud.

All six are content decisions rather than build cost, and they fit a step 02 site at EUR 900 to 1.500 as easily as a step 03 site at EUR 1.500 to 3.500. What separates those steps is how many services and areas you cover.

Service areas are pages, not a dropdown

A list of towns in a dropdown is not a page, and a page is what someone finds when they search for a cleaner near them. Each area you genuinely work in deserves its own page and its own sentences: what you clean there, who you clean for, how you get there, what a job in that area tends to involve.

Writing those pages properly is what sits inside SEO growth at EUR 500 to 800 per month: technical and on-page work, service and location pages, internal links and reporting. Before any of that, the SEO foundation is EUR 450 to 750 and it is charged once, covering Search Console, analytics, indexation, technical hygiene, titles, internal links and a plan for the following 3 to 6 months.

The quote request is the product

A box marked message gets you an email asking whether you clean offices, then a phone call to find out everything else. Ask for it on the form instead. Six fields change the call from discovery into a quote.

That is step 03 work, inside the EUR 1.500 to 3.500 range. A login where customers see their schedule, change a visit and pay online is a different thing: step 04, EUR 3.500 to 7.500.

What continues after launch

One monthly line is Care at EUR 100 to 300 per month, covering updates, monitoring, backups and small fixes. It is not a redesign and it does not include new features, so a new service template or a customer login is quoted separately. SEO growth at EUR 500 to 800 per month is the second monthly line if you take it.

How the build runs

A fixed quote always follows scoping, so the range becomes one number before anyone writes code.

  1. Scoping. Services, areas, what you need to know before you can quote, and who answers the form.
  2. Content. Your photographs, your insurance wording, your reviews, your area list. This is the part that waits on you.
  3. Design and build. How that stage works is described on design and engineering, and the stack we use on our Next.js page.
  4. Testing. The quote form filled in on a phone, submitted, and the email landing where you will read it.
  5. Launch. DNS, analytics, Search Console, and your business profile pointed at the right page.

A mini-site runs 2 to 3 weeks. A site with service and area pages runs 3 to 6 weeks. A customer portal runs 6 to 12 weeks after discovery.

When to spend less

Questions owners ask

Should I put prices on the site?

Put something. A starting price, or a band with the things that move it, beats silence: a visitor who cannot find any figure has to guess. If you genuinely cannot quote without seeing the place, say so in one sentence and then list what drives the price: size, condition, frequency, access.

Do I need a page for every town I cover?

For every area you genuinely serve and want work from, yes. For every town within driving distance, no. Pages for ground you do not really cover produce enquiries you have to turn down, and pages nobody can tell apart help nobody find you. Start with the areas that already give you work, then add one at a time.

Can customers book and pay online?

Yes, and that is step 04 at EUR 3.500 to 7.500: a login, a schedule they can see, payments, and a connection into whatever your office uses for rotas or invoicing. It is a different kind of project, and it starts with discovery. If what you want is fewer phone calls, a detailed quote request at step 03 gets you there for less.

Who owns the site, and where does it live?

You own it. The code, the repository and the database are yours. Hosting is agreed per project, and we can host it. That is decided with you during scoping rather than fixed in advance.

Send your services, your areas and the date you want to be live through the contact form, and a scoped fixed quote comes back.
